Flowrox pinch valves represent an excellent solution when shut-off and control applications deal with abrasive or corrosive slurries and powder or coarse substances. The modular structure of Larox valve enables an unlimited number of design variations. Larox valve features a simple operating concept: when open, the valve is at full bore with no flow restrictions and acts as integral part of the pipeline, while during closing, two pinch bars squeeze the sleeve shut on the centerline providing a 100% tight shut-off. The three main components of this modular design are: the sleeve (the only part that comes into direct contact with the medium), the body and the actuator (manual, pneumatic or electric), while materials and construction of all parts can be tailored for the specific process.
