The HM & HMS Series represents Metal-Diaphragm, Ultra-clean Valves that are fit for use in multi-port configurations (2- port, L-port, 3-port, 4 port) and in both high and low pressure applications. Operation of the valves can be handled manually or pneumatically.The manufacturing, inspection and testing process is done in a Class 10 Clean room and all UCV valves are individually assembled and then subjected to a series of pressure, functionality, and helium leak tests.
