Diaphragm valve / pneumatically-actuated - max. 150 psi | LM series
The HM and HMS Series Valves are ultra-clean metal diaphragm valves which are 1/4" in size. They are utilized in low and high-pressure applications and have multi-port configurations (2-port, L-port, 3-port and 4-port), being operated either manually or pneumatically. The UCV valves are processed in a Class 10 Clean Room where they are assembled, inspected, tested and packaged. Every valve is submitted to individual assembly, pressure testing, functionality testing and a helium leak test. They are made of stainless steel 316L to A276 specification, with the body material used being compliant with SEMI F20, meaning 0.01 percent or less sulfur content.
