Here comes the new Generation Diaphragm Valve of GF Piping System which sets new standards for safety, efficiency and simplicity.This valve has a central union nut that has a non-corrosive connection, which is characterized by homogeneous temperature behavior, and an even surface pressure able to withstand pressures of up to 16 bar. It does not use the four metal screw configuration that is most common.
The valve's optimal flow geometry offers double the flow but expending the same energy. And, it guarantees stable processes with its almost linear flow characteristics.
The weir or barrier of the branched valve has also been moved to the pipe wall of the main line. So, dead leg is reduced to a complete minimum causing stricter hygiene.
This standard equipment is very user-friendly with its two-colored indicator, interface for self-adjusting limit switch and a lockable hand-wheel.
