Diaphragm valve / high-purity - 3/4" - 1", 100 psig | PV-12 series
The PV-12 Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve is designed for applications in high purity semiconductors and is also ideal for use with ultra-pure water or aggressive chemical or gas applications. The special design is comprised of a molded high purity PFA body. It includes a precision machined seat and diaphragm sealing areas, with a one-piece precision machined diaphragm made of technologically modified PTFE to provide excellent flexibility and long life. It provides more than five times the flexural life when compared to conventional PTFE.
A full 1" orifice allows maximum flow capability in an effecient, compact package.
The tongue and groove seal provides for a positive diaphragm to body seal, allowing for a high cycle life, significantly lower replacement costs and less downtime.
The stainless steel spring are coated with PVDF to reduce the effects from corrosive environments.
