Diaphragm valve / air-operated / for high-purity fluids / air - LVC series
This revolutionary and state of the art device involves remarkably efficient high purity chemical valves. The unique LVC series is composed of highly specialized integral fittings which remove the chances of residual liquid remaining within pipe threads. It also features a body that has been specifically designed to facilitate smooth flow with very minimal internal dead space. The special diaphragm construction ensures gentle opening and closing thereby lessening the occurrence of micro-bubbles. It is equipped with a an unconventional guide ring located on the piston rod which removes lateral motion of the poppet, increasing seal life and reducing particle formation.
