SMC high purity series LVA valves come avaible in your choice of three types of body materials (PPS/PFA/SUS). Their special diaphragm construction ensures a gentle opening and closing that helps prevent the formation of micro-bubbles. A uniquely designed guide ring on the piston rod eliminates the lateral motion of the poppet and reduces particle formation, which greatly increases the life of the seal.
