Diaphragm valve / 3-way / high-purity - 1/2" - 3/4", 80 psig | MV-11 series
High purity semiconductor applications can use the MV-11 manual three-way diaphragm valve, which is also ideal for aggressive gas or chemical applications and ultra-pure water. A molded, high-purity PFA body is used for the design with precision-machined sealing areas, and one-piece machine PTFE diaphragms that ensure increased flexibility and life. This compact package offers maximum flow capability with its full 1/2" orifice. This precision-machined diaphragm is made using the latest PTFE technology and offers more than five times the flexural life of conventional PTFEs. An excellent diaphragm to body seal is achieved with its tongue and groove seal, leading to lower replacement costs, higher cycle lives and decreased downtime. The effect of corrosive environments is lessened due to its stainless steel spring with PVDF coating.
All valve components are isolated from the external environment with a submersible option, so the valve can continue functioning while operating in gaseous-corrosive or wet environments.
