Graphite bursting disc - 25 - 250 mm, 10 bar | DV series
Three-part design consisting of a bursting membranemade from DIABON graphite reinforced in
the mounting area and a two-part holder made
from stainless steel grade 1.4571 whose upper
section rests on the lower section when assembled.
This arrangement prevents distortion of the membrane.
Series DV bursting membranes can also be
employed in series D DIABON graphite holders. If
this is done, however, the prescribed torque values
should be observed.
Materials
Membrane: Synthetic resin-impregnated process
equipment graphite (DIABON NS1)
Holder: Stainless steel grade 1.4571.
Properties
Simple assembly, as no attention needs be paid
to torque (with metal holder)
Cost advantage, because holder can be reused
