The 36005 Series V-Max heavy-duty valve is designed with a patented dual-characterized segmented ball combined with high Cv ratings and 500:1 turndown. The produced output is an automated throttling control ball valve with low torque seal and splined shaft to provide throttling control, enhance operation control and accuracy of the system. The unit is characterized by a V-shape and contains standard EF Seal (low emissions packing system) to meet environmental safety and standards. V-Max is a low-friction ball valve, with high capacity design,equal percentage flow characteristic and high turndown ratio. It ensures accurate throttling control even in wide flow conditions.
The versatile ball range provides superior control accuracy and precise position feedback with its backlash-free shaft-to-ball connection and directly connected (linkageless) positioner. Its rugged construction and quick-change seat design maximizes operation efficiency and productivity with minimum maintenance. The valve delivers long-term shut-off performance with its triple guiding system that maintains tight trim alignment
