The VI line heavy duty process pumps are specifically designed for sump applications. These pumps have a single vertical stage with a side discharge column. These pumps are highly efficient and will offer optimum performance at all times without fail. This is achieved through optimized geometry of the pumps parts by hydraulic, thermal, structural as well as high product reliability. In order to minimize axial thrust, the pump uses a closed type impeller which has front and rear wings. The pump can also accept any type of mechanical or packing seal since it has deep stuffing boxes which are designed in accordance to the API 682 international standards.
