Scroll vacuum pump - max. 95 m³/h | XDS100B series
The XDS100B, a scroll booster integrated with pumping mechanism meant exclusively for high pumping speed. Just like any booster pump, this pump is also used in conjunction with a primary pump, like Edwards XDS35i or XDS46i scroll pump. The pumps are optimized for maximum pumping experience at pressures between 1 mbar and 10 mbar, making it perfect for ultra high throughput LCMS applications. With the enhanced pump design, there is no chance of tip seal wear thus reducing the need for servicing. The inverter pump can be connected to single phase supply. The pump with its controlled motor operations can run at optimal speed and allows for remote controlling too.
