The pump kit for acids and alkalis are specially designed for transferring corrosive liquids such as phosporic acid, diluted hydrofluoric acid, liquid fertilizer, and the like. This system's barrel pump features an innovative steel cored inner tube, which gives the product optimized structural stability, as well as wear resistance. Also, the pump's inner tube is sealed off from liquid being pumped. When performing maintenance, users simply need to strip down the units.
The kit utilizes a F 430 PP-40/33 pump with Polypropylene housing. With a type FEM 4070 commutator engine, the system is capable of up to 500 Watts of rated power, in accordance with IP 24 industry standards. It is immersible in depths up to 1,000 and 1,200 mm.

The FLUX Pump Kit comes in a barrel pump framework design. The kit is equipped with a steel cored inner tube which grants a solidity and a lengthened life of a mechanical seals. An impellor framework design integration leads the pump into a barrel unloading process. This unit is an F 424 S-43/38 unit that is made with 316 L or Ti stainless steel and can be stripped for cleaning without much effort to add in the process. This is useful for when highly flammable liquids like acetone, methyl alcohol and xylene have to be transferred and it especially uses a seal-less body that makes it safe to use in a pump or other environment as required to make it all the more effective. The "Acids" set of Lutz drum pumps are specially designed for use with thin-bodied acids. Specifically, these are ideal for use with citric acid, chromic acid, hydrochloric acid, ferric (III) chloride, phosphoric acid, battery acid, and the like.
Two types of motors are offered for use: the externally ventilated Motor MA II 3. and the internally ventilated Motor MI 4. Pumps that use the MA II 3 are powered at 460 W, and have delivery rates up to 75 liters per minute. On the other hands, units powered by the MI 4 have power outputs of 500 W, with delivery rates at 85 liters per minute.
