Metering pump - Aqua-Inject series
Brabender Aqua Inject is an add-on for use with Brabender Farinograph-E (USB version). It can be used for 50 g and 300 g mixers.This device provides high reproducibility, automatic water dosing and precise tempering of dosing water. It also provides connection for a thermostat which is used for control of the temperature programmed in the software. Next, it provides the connection of the balance which registers the quantity of the flour in the software. Finally, through the software it registers and stores the added water quantity and temperature.
This device provides constant and electronically controlled water temperature. It has a very high accuracy (better than 0.1 %). It allows registration of the water temperature and quantity; recording of the mixer bowl temperature (the option with the dough temperature measuring is available with PT 100 feeler). It is easy to maintain and clean and it eliminates the glass burette.
