Polyurethane-coated hose / flameproof - TRTU series
Arc or spot welding applications faces the threat of tubing erosion from sparks and weld spatter. Our new three layer flame resistant tube, Series TRTU, now offers tubing protection. The R&D department of the company developed a unique triple layer approach to the tubing design, making it ideal for automotive manufacturing industry, fit for use with both air and water. The internal polyurethane tube is shielded by a middle layer of aluminium laminated film which is in turn covered by an outer layer of flame-retardant polyolefin according to UL-94 Standard V-O. These tubes are meant to be used with Series KR-W2 flame resistant or Series KQB2 metal one-touch fittings.
This series is offered in six color options as well as varying inner tube outside dimensions of 6, 8, 10 and 12.
