Multi-passage rotary union - Rotostat A
GAT's Rotostat A are hydrostatic clearance seals, integrated with an axial-operated mechanism. The seals feature their light construction enabling the components such as oil, emulsion, and other non-greasy liquids, air and gases to be supplied through it. It also provides compactness allowing operations to be done in limited areas. A patented hydrostatic gap regulator is offered by the series guaranteeing a consistent size of gap resulting to a very small leakage. The application field of the Rotostat A involves the installation in tool machinery for supplying hydraulic oil for clamping purposes, as well as the supplying of coolants and pressurized air. It offers long service life containing pressure up to 80 bar at 30 000 rpm.
