Flange fitting / cross / stainless steel - ConFlat
Agilent ConFlat flanges are made from 304 ESR or 304L stainless steel and deliver highly-efficient vacuum flange performance that has set a new standard. A process called Electro Slag Remelting is a refinement process that further refines stainless steel to form a highly pure, uniform grain-structured steel with only a few inclusions, and improved chemical and physical properties. This refined steel is termed ESR stainless steel. Agilent's ConFlat flange vacuum fittings are as efficient as its flange range in terms of reliability and leak-free performance. These flange fittings are available in sizes from 1.33 inches to 13.25 inches.
