Minimatic barb fittings from Clippard are corrosion resistant due to nickel plating which makes them perfect to be used in applications involving high amounts of moisture. These fittings can substitute ferrules and push-to-connect fittings and are designed especially for urethane hoses manufactured by Clippard. They fit the hose accurately providing efficient sealing even above the hose's working pressure range and eliminate the use of additional clamps. Minimatic barb fittings are compact, robust, with lustrous finishes and are available in tee, connector, swivel, cross and universal configurations. For applications employing different tube sizes, different barb sizes can be used on same the fitting.
