The mass of acceleration represents a critical pneumatics problem. The actuater might cause self-destruction due to its kinetic energy. Certain clients have already faced this unwanted experience. The rotating speed can be controlled using throttle valves. Before reaching the end positions and damping the accelerated mass, hydraulic shock absorbers can be installed. This creates improvement of the situation even though the result isn't completely satisfactory. The HPA or Hydraulic-Pneumatic Rotary Actuator was created to sort out the problem. The work was divided into dual steps: the actuation work would be done by the compressible, clean and cheap air medium. But controlling the moving mass of non-compressible oil medium finds use in hydraulic system (closed). This allows the exact adjustment of the speed of rotation. There is the possibility of a restart after an E-stop without problems. There are possibilities of two adjustable and independent rotation speeds. This provides a guarantee of a constant and precise service.
