The accelerated mass is a common problem in pneumatics. The actuator can even self-destruct caused by kinetic energy. There are even clients who have unfortunately experienced this phenomenon. Of course, one can use the throttle valve to hone the rotating speed. It is still possible to install hydraulic shock absorbers when damping the accelerated mass.This is usually done before the end positions are reached. This is the short-term solution but the result usually doesn't justify it. The company has developed the Hydraulic-Pneumatic Rotary Actuator-HPA to address this problem. There are actually two steps in this task.
First, the compressible, and inexpensive medium air will do the work done by the actuation. However, if you to control the moving mass, non compressible medium oil is usually the one used specifically in closed hydraulic systems. This can adjust the rotation speed precisely. The E-stop can then restart without encountering any problems.
