Pneumatic cylinder / rodless / with integrated guides - ø 25 - 63 mm
The RODLESS CYLINDER WITH GUIDE “V” is designed specifically to have two opposed V-shaped guide units with two acetalic resin wear-resistant pads slides, which has a tip-up-type carriage-piston rod coupling. The guide units are obtained directly in the anodized aluminum cylinder liner. In this way the carriage concentrates on transferring loads axially without being concerned about any support loads and moments in other directions.The play of the pads is adjusted by side threaded grub screws bringing into use. The wear of pads can be replaced without dismantling the cylinder, which makes the system easy for maintenance. The rodless cylinders exhibit similar features as that of the basic version, which include an integrated adjustable pneumatic cushioning, sensor slots and accessory holding slots.
The most important fact is that you are also provided with separate versions equipped with an adjustable limit switches and hydraulic
decelerators. They can be purchased separately and applied at any time.
