This range of rodless cylinders fitted with ball circulation guides features a high load capacity that is able to act in all permissible directions without the need to first discharge the slide found in the cylinder. These rodless cylinders are available in five different bore sizes of 16, 25, 32, 40 and 63mm, and the 63mm model is available in two different styles. The first version is suitable for intermediate loads while the second is suitable for much heavier loads. These rodless cylinders utilize ball circulation shoe construction with special technology to ensure that they are extremely quiet when the guide slides, and require practically zero maintenance. For instance, the rodless cylinders need to be lubricated once a year or every 2,000km, and it is advised that type two grease containing lithium soap is used. These devices possess very sturdy slide support with multiple holes for fixing loads, in addition to holes for the centering pins.
