Hydro-pneumatic cylinder - max. 1 725 N, 50 - 500 mm
The integrated hydraulic brake has a oleo-dynamic circuit which functions like a brake and a pneumatic cylinder as an actuator. A brake liquid tank and a couple of regulation pins are fitted in the hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic brake couples with a SKIP or STOP valve that is Normally Close (NC) or Normally Open (NO) which is used for retraction of expansion of the piston rod. The integrated hydraulic braking force and the driving force are linked to each other and hence unwanted bending moments are not produced on the piston rod or outer design attached to it.
The basic structure of the brake is space saving and helps in lowering the dimensions than the BRK exterior hydraulic brakes.
