Direct acting below the car 1000 SL jack is most suitable for big installations (freight lifts) or panoramic lifts with high aesthetic standards, requiring good alignment, usually without ropes.The new design allows the ability to reduce the cylinder diameter, therefore using a lower quantity of oil and reducing the elasticity of the lift.
A new design of cylinder joint equipped with collar offers a significant reduction of the jack installation times.
The jack is also employed in small elevator installations to maximize the space availability for the car within the shaft.
To facilitate transportation and installation in the shaft, this jack can be supplied in 2 - 3 pieces complete with threaded joint.
The jack is equipped with an upper swivel plate for the assembly to the car frame and with a bottom plate.
This jack is designed to be put into the earth and the cylinder is protected with a waterproof paint.
PVC tape is also supplied for protection from galvanic corrosion.
