Dantorque R-Series hydraulic actuators are designed with helical spline drive mechanism and disk springs to produce very compact and fully concentric actuators. R-Series actuators finds application in automating ball, butterfly and plug valves or any quarter-turn (90 degree) rotating mechanism in both the spring return configurations of double-acting and fail-safe. The unit's design is particularly applicable for marine environments and in tight space applications. R-Series actuator provides virtual fit for any requirement. The actuators from Dantorque come with choice of models to ensure 103 or 207 bar (1500 or 3000 psi) of maximum supply pressures. The actuators when combined with up to three spring packages provide range of selected torque second to none.
