In any industrial machinery, a most convenient and economical way to handle contaminated elements is the Kaeser Condensate Filter (KCF). With a capacity ability of up to 500 scfm, the Kaeser Condensate Filter can easily separates oil from water. The cartridges can easily be change and remove making it cost-effective, low maintenance filtration system. Water captured in the filter can easily be drained in any municipal drain. A single cartridge have a lifetime usage of about 4-6 months. A disposal bag is provided for the proper disposal of the cartridges. This centrifugal separator expels high amounts of condensation and has superior characteristics that strengthen the centrifuge effect and enable a consistent amount of condensation separation. Additionally, pieces up to 5 μm are also expelled.

This machine is best used for application in which the refrigeration dryer is directly downstream from the rotary screw compressor. The centrifugal separation is put in the middle, and it expels the condensation from the constricted air. This lets the refrigeration dryer have more drying capabilities. This is essential at higher atmospheric temperatures to keep the dewpoint constant.
