Eaton's Off-Line Filters are designed to handle up to 20% of total system flow rate to ease the burden on main system filters. It is also called kidney loops or re-circulation loops since it allows continuous re-circulating flow of fluid from the reservoir through the filter and back to the reservoir. It is perfect for applications like in pulp and paper mill equipment, huge central hydraulic power units, injection molding equipment, extrusion machines, etc. It is an economical solution for filter housings needs because it uses lower pressures that reduces total system expenses. This filtration unit is compatible with heat exchangers to guarantee proper viscosity and fluid oxidation rates. It also allows secure and convenient shutdown for filter elements replacement.
