ETM Depth Filter Cartridges are built to meet the specific needs of electronic and pure chemical industries. They are constructed using materials with chemical compatibility and produce few extractables when they are exposed to chemicals/solvents.

Every cartridge module is pulse power flushed until the rinse effluent reaches 18+ Megohm-cm and less than 3ppb TOC, which minimizes the extractables. Every cartridge is reliability tested. The EPD cartridges are rated at 99.9% efficiency at the rated pore size. The specific design and procedures ensure superior quality electronic grade cartridges are available.
