Sludge dehydration decanter / mobile - max. 1200 l/h | Skimmtelligent
The decanter FRIESS Skimmtelligent is utilized at systems were oil is blended with process fluid and does not glide on the water surface. The oily process fluid is pumped with an air compelled diaphragm pump into the decanter Skimmtelligent. At first the dirt substances will complete on below. Then, small oil droplets will be gathered in a coalescing media. Due to the blending fat the little droplets will be united to few greater drops. The huge drops have more elevate and will float on the water surface. The decanter works independent from production and it removes very small amount of tramp oil. It reduced cost for coolant and washing agent and with tough construction with proven parts.
