Centrifugal decanter / for the wine industry - ContiJuice
The ContiJuice is a modular and frame-mounted continuous juice extraction system ideal for the wine-making industry which requires high-efficiency reliable processing during the short harvest period.It is used for inital extraction after initial preparation of the grapes and before further processing. This space-saving and complete solution includes all required equipment, providing higher yields than with the best mechanical extraction systems, and lowest suspended solids in the grape mash, eliminating the clarification step.
Each module has a reception tank with stirrer, a volumetric pump positioned between the buffer tank and the Foodec decanter centrifuge, a juice reception tank with centrifugal pump, and a conveyor to carry out solids. All parts in contact with the incoming product have CIP connections.
