Condensate treatment unit
For minimizing the utilization of water and reducing the thermal cycles, the returning steam condensates need to be purified. For this, a process known as steam polishing is utilized. The steam condensates arriving at the Boiler feed water have minimum contamination risks and so are subjected to steam polishing. This process is implemented whenever the condensate forms the major portion of the water feed.
