Compressed air filter / coalescing / oil / air - 0.01 - 5 µm

Designed for use in systems requiring clean and oil-free air, the Fiarchild Automatic Drain Filter Series comprises a particulate filter and two coalescing filters with automatic drains. All filter elements can be easily replaced.

Removing oil and liquid-borne particulate matter can be achieved with the highly effective Automatic Drain Filters. When clean air or inert gas environments are needed in laboratory air, process control, instrument and compressed air systems, these units are recommended for use.

They feature pre-filters which can remove dirt particles and water from air lines to 5 microns.

Compressed air filter / coalescing - max. 10 bar, max. 165 m³/h | D series

Fairchild's Coalescing Filters are made out of polycarbonate or metal bowl. These tools function to supply maximum pressure of 150 pounds per square inch gauge. Fairchild filters have 0.5, 0.01 or 0.003 micron filtrations for high flow capacity. Moreover, these filters sustain clean, dry and lubricated air for smooth performance of the pneumatic systems.

Coalescing filter / oil / wet - 8 l/min

Coalescing filter system is used to remove non-emulsified water from lubrication oils, turbine oils, hydraulic oils and other mineral oils. The oil which is combined with water is pumped through a coalescing filter in the coalescing filter system. The small water droplets unify to bigger oil drops. The heavy water drops sink to the bottom of the filter housing by gravity, while the oil floats to the outlet on the top of the coalescing filter. The filtered oil is pumped back into the main tank. Since it is filtering water continuously, the lifetime of the oil is extended.

Some of its advantages includes low cost of maintenance and less hydraulic troubles. The different applications include lubrication oil in paper machine, hydraulic oil in production of fiber and lubrication oil in steel production.
