Paper band filter - ET 500 series
The RT 500 has a tank capacity of 240 Lt. The dimensions of the product are 960x1310x510h. The flow rate emulsion is 60-100 Lt/min,flow rate neat oil is 30-50 Lt/min.The working standards of new series of belts, filters, with high performances and simplified administration, decrease by no less 2/3 the utilization of paper occupying about half of the space of a normal paper channel.
Everyone of them are made up of durable galvanized steel and it comprises of a float, belt dragging and rewinding system, frame with an inclined perforated slide where the filter media lays, pendulum scraper for sludge separation and it has an exclusive filtering roll extraction and rearming system.
