The deep finned cast iron cylinders and aluminum cooler tubes allow for super heat dissipation in order to facilitate a higher operating efficiency. Designed for continuous duty, the aero dynamically designed fan has large blades to achieve a higher air flow. Operation at higher temperatures up to 50 degrees C is ensured by efficient cooling. The belt guard is completely enclosed for total safety in compliance with Euro norms. The air receiver also conforms to Euro norms as well as ASME.For the purpose of energy efficiency, an optional distribution of load on cylinders is possible (two stage models). No load starting which is enabled by the built-in unloader can ensure the long life of the motor. The robust cast iron crankcase is sturdy and the forged steel crankshaft is supported at both ends for fewer vibrations and a higher dynamic stiffness.
