Piston refrigeration compressor / for industrial refrigeration - max. 202 m³/h | Grasso 5HP
This GEA Grasso 5HP compressor is a 50bar compressor developed for the industrial refrigeration market. It’s ideal for use in CO2 cascade freezing application, and has a very low volume flow in terms of cooling capacities. There are four single-stage units available, featuring three to six cylinders covering a wide capacities selection. Further development of this GEA Grasso series includes integration with the heat pump system of NH3. This integration, in addition to the 50bar design, allows for condensation capabilities of up to 82 degrees Celsius. This results in the production of high water temperature levels. The heat pumping systems are useful in various industry sectors and contribute to the reduction of CO2-emissions and waste heat.
