The basic edition of this system is miniature and comprises of a modular constructed, separated, stainless steel three-chamber tank with integrated collecting basin, a metering unit for chemicals, a booster pumping unit with a downstream fine filter and compressed pump. As an alternative, the process water treatment unit is built with the following characteristics like a band filter for the isolation of gross dirt particles, grease separator for the uninterrupted operation on non-emulsified oils and greases, with micro filtration for elimination of emulsions which are introduced into the processed water in large volumes.
