Wastewater treatment screener - SeptinGuard®
The SeptinGuard manufactured by Nuove Energie is a self-cleaning screening plant that is designed with best technology to separate the coarse solids from the tanker waters. The plant is composed of a stainless steel tank that incorporates an in-channel Vanguard V2 Self-cleaning screen with 6 mm spacing. The tank is directly fed from the incoming tanker trucks or by gravity from a receiving station. The on-board control panel is equipped with all the necessary controls for operating the screen and motorized inlet valve. When the tank's septage reaches a predetermined level, the Vanguard Screen is actuated by a level switch located inside the tank to consistently run the screen long enough for complete removal of all the screenings from the tank. SeptinGuard design incorporates three spray bars to insure best possible cleanliness of the screening belt and the tank from all fecal matter. The compact SeptinGuard is completely covered to keep odors at minimum.
