Membrane ultra-filtration unit - 100 - 3000 l/h
TECAM presents ultrafiltration plants. The ultrafiltration method makes it easy to remove organic particles with high molecular weight, suspended particles, and bacteria. It provides degree of membrane filtration in the range of 0.01 and 0.1 micron. Ultrafiltration is a commonly used technique for separation.Specifically they are useful for oil removal and removing grease from bath fats. They achieve this without causing any significant changes to the concentrations of the active substances, which may be existing in the baths. Thus they can increase the bath's life before it needs a complete renovation.
The plants feature latest generation membranes, which allow direct and continuous filtration within the bath in use. Plant capacities are in the range of 100 l/hour to 3000 l/hour.
