Insulating blanket - HIJD
The HIJD Jacket is designed to reduce heat loss to minuscule levels, thereby lengthening the process temperature applied to the product. It provides excellent cost-efficiency in preserving the applied heat in an array of applications.The jacket can be used in harmony with the heated base element (model HBD) to reduce heat application times and thus minimize power consumption and expenses. The HIJD jacket is slipped on after the heating process is accomplished. It is suitable for use when heating is achieved by use of silicone side heaters or via an insulated heating jacket. It is extremely handy in preventing heat loss in products subjected to oven heating.
Efficient protection is provided by the jacket in extremely cold weather situations such as frosty, chilly and windy conditions.
