The underneath floor units are energy conserving and productive in the false floor. In advanced office buildings, false floors are a key component of the tools. The complete open space underneath the false floor, however, is not completely essential for the establishment of electrical and data cabling. For this purpose, the built-in ventilation system into false floor can be extremely interesting.
The units need no sill, when they are essential for buildings with full-height glazing. The low height is in accordance to the dimensions of modern false floors and require minimal and easy upkeep with filter charge.
