Oil mist collector / filtration media

Oil mist collector / filtration media
Tama S.p.A. Tama Group presents defogger. The separator has been projected and designed for an efficient and cost-effective performance. It is used for separation of the gaseous tide from the liquid drops dragged aspirated air. It can also be used for delaying, at best, the blockage of the following filter, thereby preventing costly maintenance interruptions.

The defogger's operating mechanism is as follows. The aeriform is impregnated of contaminating liquid such as oil, glycol solution, hydrocarbons, ammonia, etc. When this aeriform passes through the separator, there is free movement of the gas part via the prefilter and the probable finisher defog net. Due to their higher inertia force, the liquid drops cannot cause any direction changes. As a result, the drops are brought into contact with the filter surface, and here they are retained. The drops enter in the filter and settle on the rows, which create the filtering net. However, these drops cause an increase in dimension and weight. The drops move towards the inferior section of the separator and precipitate for gravity. The purified water from the contaminating particles glides out from the superior areas of separator.
