Cartridge dust collector / for shot blasting machines
Process safety is the next big thing and AGTOS has been developing high quality systems to provide just that with its latest lineup of cartridge systems. These systems take care of the filtration of dust with process' safety as its principal concern. The dust is first absorbed and then sent through the impact separator where the dust particles are separated on the basis of their heaviness. The dust is made to enter the lower filter chamber and the air is cleaned as the passage occurs through the cartridges. The air that has been cleaned is directed upward into chamber having clean gas. The interval in which air can be cleaned can be easily programmed into the system to help regulate the cleaning. The air that has been cleaned is then exhausted outside through vents placed on the openings on the side of the housing on the upper filter. There are cases when a filter cartridge can get destroyed, in which case additional filter inserts can be used to collect dust to maximize the dust collection efficiency.
