Multi-pole surge arrester / type 2
The multi-pole lightning current and surge arrestors in this product series are suitable for photovoltaic systems of Class I and Class II. The items have been developed to serve as protection against indirect lightning discharges, being intended to protect the photovoltaic system. The first model, the PV ISPRO BS (R) consists of two varistor stages, each of which is protected by a thermal disconnection device.The PV ISPRO C (R), on the other hand, can contain three varistor stages. The features include Class I and Class II compatibility, while the surge discharge ratings are 40kA per pole, as well as 40kA for PV in the case of ISPRO C(R). Finally, the housing is compact and modular.
