DEHNbox universal surge arrester integrates lightning current technology, giving the system the capacity of carrying lightning currents of up to 10 kA. Low voltage protection level is obtained thrrough the optimized safeguarding schemes adopted. The installation is in conformity with the lightning protection zones concept, at the boundaries from 0 to 2A, and even higher. The actiVsense mechanism and the automatic detection principle with maximum signal voltage of 180 V optimally coheres with the voltage protection level to the currently applied signal, while the adapted voltage protection level allows terminal equipment to be protected. This item is suitable for universal use, and only requires one arrester types for two different signal circuits.
