Data and telecommunication line surge arrester - 10 kA | MCH series
Cirprotec's MCH-PP is basically a surge protection device (SPD) and is used for shunting transitory surges induced in PP telephone lines, within the MCH range. The product is fabricated as a plug-play concept and is suited for protection of communications equipment connected to PP lines. The technology is built in compliance to IEC 61643-21. The prime application is shielding the equipment wherever exposed to induced transient over-voltages (surges) associated with meteorological activity.It also aids in protecting telephone pair. The device is compact, sleek and requires no installation. The discharge capacity with an 8/20 μs waveform is approximately 10 kA and can be connected directly to the equipment to be protected via RJ45 connectors. Other products in MCH range also provide protection of ADSL y ISDN lines.
