The Capacitor duty contactor features built-in pre-charge resistors offering high accuracy. The measurements have been decreased and the typical control voltage is 230V AC. The DIN rails can be mounted in any postion and the product complies to IEC 60947-4. The product is specially-designed for power factor correction capacitor operation the utilization category is AC-6b. The product is pre-charged through resistors that limits the peak current to the contactor when CEM_C special contactors are switched on. After the pre-charge, the major contactors will close, granting passage of rated current.
