Siemens DC/DC converter, supplying 12 V/2.5 A, is connected to 24 V DC, such as to the output of a SITOP power supply unit. Using an additional SITOP DC UPS, the narrow rail-mounted device with an output overvoltage protection of <24 V, can generate uninterruptible 12 V direct voltage.
