The XLN series of programmable DC power supplies can deliver up to 1560 watts of pure power on a single output. The 1U high 19 inch wide unit is very compact and was designed to cater to the needs of benchtop users and system integrators. The average command processing time is less than 50 ms. When this is combined with the industry-standard GPIB flexibility, LAN, USB and RS485 interfaces, will make these power supplies perfect for applications related to ATE.

The built-in voltage and current meters are able to display setting and also output values at the same time. All models have an interface that is intuitive and comes with a keypad, a rotary knob, and easy-on-the-pocket USB and RS485 interfaces. To match the requirement of both system integrators and bench top users, the device is designed with 1U-high, 19-inch-wide supplies.

The unit adheres to the standard of USB and RS485 interface. The power supply is easy to set-up to master or slave mode for series and aligned connection of up to 4 units. It can manage up to 30 power supplies from one PC synchronized through the RS485 interface.

The PS9000 was made to reduce the high number of variants of laboratory pwoer supplies, and replace it by only a few. This can be done with a wide-range input and with a flexible output stage. The user can choose between a high output voltage or a high output current, which is both limited in its product, or power. This means that with a maximum output voltage of 80 V for example, the output current of a 3.0 kW can reach a maximum of 37.5 A.

The power limiter is activated beyond this limit. The series is user-friendly, and has switches in its front side, that allows the user to set preset values for current and overvoltage protection, or OVP.
