Photon's Aquila 532 is a frequency-doubled laser with a rated output power of 20W in pulse mode. It is ideal for processing of components. It creates a symbiosis between LEO precision lasers and the AQUILA high-power laser.

This laser has a wavelength of 532nm. It is suited for processing special plastic materials such as black PMMA and red plastics, as well as the marking of silicon. In addition, the high power rating of the laser also enables marking and copper engraving functions.

Photon Energy manufactures the LEO 532, a laser that is designed for heavy and various applications such as micro-structuring, micro-machining or glass machining, with optimal end results. The 1064nm may leave structures that are very big after operations; the 532nm is a good substitute to be used as it features only half the wavelength. The LEO 532 can label different materials including plastics or varnishes which are challenging even for a 1064nm. This laser is easy to use, has a durable laser and is very cheap.
