Current transformer / closed-loop / toroidal - DER3B
The Dossena toroidal current transducer B series, can be used in conjunction with the earth differential relays DER3B and transducers series D, to allow and to detect homopolar/differential currents to the ground. The transducers have to be installed upstream of the line or load to be protected and monitored, and all conductors (phase and neutral) of single-phase or three phase must be passed inside the transducer.
